What is Programmatic Marketing & Advertising?
Programmatic Marketing and Advertising is the current trending algorithmic system of the buying and selling of advertising space in real time.
With this process, Kashta Media uses Programmatic Artificial Intelligence Technology (“PAIT”) software to automate the demographic targeting, buying, placement, and optimization of media inventory via a CPC bidding system.
This process of buying and selling is often described as the future of online advertising. It falls into the category of Digital Media Marketing. The term “Programmatic” quite literally means automatic. It refers to any Ad space bought automatically on a web page, through either bidding for the space or buying it directly.
What is CPM and CTR?
‘Cost per Impression’, or ‘Cost per thousand Impressions’ (CPM), is a term used in traditional advertising media selection, as well as online advertising and marketing related to web traffic. An impression is qualified by way of an Ad appearing within the browser of websites who have agreed to be publishers of Ads provided by a certain network, such as SiriusTraffic.
CPM is an initialism for ‘cost per mille’, with mille being Latin for thousand.
The average cost per thousand impression for display Ads ranges between $2.70 and $2.90 (2016). But with Kashta Media our clients benefit from free CPM, therefore maximizing their marketing budget redirecting it toward their CPC and CPA bidding.
‘Click through rate’ (CTR) is the ratio of users who click on a specific link to the number of total users who view a page, email, or advertisement. In other words, the CTR measures the proportion of visitors who clicks on a link that redirected them to another page (either on the same site or another site) where they might purchase an item or learn more about a product or service.
What is CPA bidding?
‘Cost Per Action’ bidding is the maximum you are willing to pay for a desired action; also called a conversion. However, CPA is a generalized term and comes in other terms such as:
CPL = cost per lead, CPI = cost per install
At Kashta Media, for every CPA bid that is spent as a result of a desired action, we automatically re-credit the campaign account with whatever was spent on the click that lead to the action. In other words, the account is only deducted on action, and not on both click and action.
Ad Creatives are programmatic and can show up in specified browsers like: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Windows Explorer, Apple Safari etc. These Ads can also be targeted to specific operating systems such as: iOS, Apple, Android, Linux, Windows etc.
What is PPC and CPC Bidding?
Pay Per Click and Cost Per Click are essentially the same thing. A PPC or CPC bid is the maximum you are willing to pay per ‘click’. The Ads that PPC/CPC bids pay for are generally called sponsored links or sponsored Ads.
What is SEO?
‘Search Engine Optimization’ (SEO) is the process and technique used to increase the amount of visitors to a website by obtaining a high-ranking placement in the search results page of popular search engines including Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.
A typical process includes:
Ad Title: 60 characters, Ad Description: 150-160 characters, and an average of about 7 specified keywords.
